FOR YOUR INITIAL TELEPHONE CONSULTATION: 

To Start your bankruptcy case, simply contact my office and complete the initial telephone intake with a staff member from my office.   This interview will take no more than 5 minutes. Once you complete the phone interview, I will review your Intake Sheet and contact you to get more details.  You will be provided with a quote for the attorney fees that would be required to complete your case.  My office will send you by U.S. Mail a Client Worksheet and Bankruptcy Checklist (if you cannot print them off from this web site) that must be completed prior to your first appointment. 

Please gather the following documents prior to calling :  

1.  Your credit card, medical, mortgage, car loan, student loan and other debt statements, collection letters and invoice(s).  

2.  Jot down on a separate piece of paper a list of your assets and the approximate value for each (house, car(s), 401(k) / retirement plan).   Then list the amount of any loan that is secured by the asset.

3.  If possible, look up the value of your car(s) at :  www.kbb.com and have that information available.  Again, check your loan balances.

Download and complete the Client Worksheet and gather the documents on the Bankruptcy Checklist.   Go to the credit report link and obtain your credit reports.
